Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Orders submitted before 5pm will be processed on the same day; after that time it will be postponed to the next business day.

① Distance/weight-based billing (calculated automatically at checkout);
② Free shipping threshold (over $29);
③ Arrangement of shipment according to the nearest overseas warehouse address of the receiving address.
Delivery range: United States
Not covered areas: U.S. dependent islands and other remote areas."

Shipping Key Terms
DUTIES & TAXES: “Your parcel may incur customs duties/import taxes when entering the country, such costs are borne by the buyer, please check the local policy in advance.”
Timing Note: US mainland orders are expected to be delivered in 5-7 business days (may be delayed by local weather and holidays).

Returns and after-sales
① Returns without damage: contact customer service within 7 days after signing, send it back at your own expense;
② Quality problems / wrong shipment: provide the order number + photos of the product to the e-mail tigertyGina@gmail.com, we will bear the cost of shipping and reissue / refund;
③ Lost / damaged parcels: logistics insured orders can be claimed, and the non-insured orders negotiated part of the compensation.
